At WCM, Paul handles complex insurance coverage matters, high-exposure casualty suits, litigation involving educational institutions, and employment cases and disputes on behalf of management. Paul began his legal career in 1984 with the Office of the Corporation Counsel of the City of New York, rising to the position of Senior Trial Attorney and trying a wide variety of cases, including those involving alleged police misconduct, medical malpractice and premises liability. Before founding WCM, Paul was a partner in a mid-size litigation firm with offices in New York and New Jersey, where he continued to develop his well-earned reputation as a formidable advocate and a skilled litigator.
