★☆☆☆☆ - Tina Dahle Suspended by Wi Supreme Court - ripped off Client - 8/6/2015 - flag as inappropriate - comment
Tina Dahle was Suspended for 55 counts of Lawyer misconduct. Fraud, taking of Trust funds, etc.. Her suspension was for only 2 years and six months and ordered to pay back over 500k she owed within 60 days and to also pay the court over 11k. Tina Dahle would have been disbarred in California or New York for just one count of Fraud. Tina Dahle failed to discharge the fraud debts in BK court. Now she has fled to Temecula California to avoid collection. She is a con artist plain and simple. The idea that this lawyer could be reinstated is disgusting. Wisconsin needs to protect the public and weed these bad apples out.

Since 2011 over a dozen clients including my self filed OLR complaints about Tina Dahle. Dahle is currently Suspended for not complying with the OLR reguests since. Dahle has since been sued by her clients. Dahle is facing over 60 counts of Lawyer misconduct. The OLR case has been delayed this year due to the OLR amending the complaint with more misconduct charges. The OLR recomends that Dahle be suspended for at least Three years and may only apply for re instatment after all funds have been paid back to her clients. Dahle filed for Bankruptcy in 2014 trying to wipe out the debts to her clients. Not nearly enough punishment for this con artist lawyer.
